Manager Information
Managers and Assistant Managers are trusted to oversee the day to day operations at our facilities. It is your responsibility to ensure the facility is clean, fully staffed, and maintained. You must work cohesively with facility staff and SSPM management to ensure smooth operations. It is crucial to build a relationship with, oversee, and coach staff as many of them have their first job experience.

Pool Manager Uniform
- Blue SwimSafe Manager Uniform Polo or T-Shirt
- SwimSafe Nametag or Lanyard
- Well fitting, professional, solid colored, Shorts or Skorts
- Sandals or Tennis Shoes
- If certified: Whistle, hip pack, and ventilation mask
Concessions/ Attendant Manager Uniform
- Grey SwimSafe Uniform Polo
- SwimSafe Nametag with NAME
- Well fitting, professional, solid colored, Shorts or Skorts
- Closed Toe Shoes
All new Managers will receive one free shirt and nametag/lanyard as needed. Replacement or additional items can be purchased on the SwimSafe Uniform Store.
Certified Managers can choose to purchase a professionally fitting BLUE, BLACK, or RED Lifeguard bathing suit.
