Welcome to the SwimSafe Pool Management Team! We look forward to another safe and fun summer in 2015. This website was built as a resource for you! We encourage you to browse around and use the web-site to facilitate your employment at SwimSafe Pool Management (SSPM).
You will receive information through your e-mail account with directions of the re-hire process for 2015. Please note that if you have provided us with a school email address, these often get bounced back to us so you may want to send in updated contact information. After receipt of the e-mail, simply follow the instructions provided to you. We are busy working on updating the re-hire process, so stay tuned and continually check your email!
Remember, Lifeguard Training will need to be acquired yearly. You cannot work without current copies of these certifications. For information on updating your certifications, please go to Training and Certification.
Work with a Friend! Do you have friends that would be good SSPM employees? Tell them to apply online under the Employment tab!
The SSPM company training will be held in May. This is a mandatory orientation at your assigned pool. The specific date will be provided to you from your pool manager.

All Lifeguards and Managers need to wear a RED GUARD suit. As long as the suit is red and says GUARD, you can purchase any style (Western Hills, Summit Hills, Mason Indoor, Hyde Park CC, Dayton CC, and Harper’s Point must be one piece suits) or brand. Please visit our NEW LIFEGUARD SHOP to purchase your suit and whistle today. Optional items available for purchase are guard shorts for females, and fanny packs.
All employees will receive their shirt(s) during orientation and the cost (1 for $12, 2 for $22, or 3 for $30) will be deducted from your paycheck. All employees will also receive a lanyard and name badge and the $5 cost will be deducted as well.
