SwimSafe Pool Management uses only the most up to date Training and Certification Programs.  Through constant education and supervision we insure that our lifeguards are the most prepared in the industry.  Safety is our top priority!

TRAINING - BECOME A LIFEGUARD TODAY!

Prerequisites for Red Cross Lifeguarding courses:
1. Minimum of 15 years old. BRING PROOF OF AGE TO FIRST CLASS.
2. Swim 300 yards continuously, using the strokes in the following order:

• 100 yards front crawl using rhythmic breathing and stabilizing propellant kick
• 100 yards of breaststroke
• 100 yards of front crawl and/or breaststroke.  This can be a mixture of front crawl and breaststroke.

3. Swim 20 yards using front crawl or breaststroke, surface dive to a minimum depth of 7 feet, retrieve a 10–pound object, return to the surface and swim back to the starting point, keeping the face above water and holding the 10–pound object with both hands.
